Nov 26, 2014 Profootballtalk.com story about last Sunday's thuggery by a Lions offensive lineman:
Raiola said on Tuesday that he wasn’t fined. Per a league source, he won’t be.
I highlighted the word "incidents" because they were goon, cheap shots.
The NFL will fine a player for throwing a football into the crowd, but when a player intentionally tries to hurt another player, that gets ignored. No fine. No suspension.
I thought that the NFL cared about player safety. Oh wait, that's a joke. More Thursday night games please on three days rest.

Making this initial post from my iPhone, using the enhanced writing function in single-screen mode within Junco / JotHut.
This is why I prefer to use a web app with a database, so that I can publish easily and instantly from any web-enabled device. I can do that three ways with both my Junco and Grebe web publishing apps:
- microblog or notes - small text area box that remains at the top of the page after each post, so that I don't have to click a "post" link first.
- blog or article:
- click "post" to display a larger text area box. Simple HTML web form.
- click "post" and the click "spit" to display the javascript-based enhanced writing feature with the screen split vertically to display markup on left and HTML preview on the right. It's not live preview because I find that feature distracting when typing. This enhanced writing feature also has a single screen mode to enjoy a larger writing area, which is what I'm using as I type this on my iPhone. This enhanced writing area also has other writing display modes, such as light text on dark background and more. It has auto save.
